See what our landlords say
Over the last 37 years we have built an excellent reputation for providing a first class Letting and Management service. All our staff are well trained and highly experienced with a friendly and professional approach.
We realise that all our Landlords expectations vary and what may be perfect for one Landlord might be different for another. With that in mind, and with our state of the art Property Management software, we will tailor our service to suit you.
Many of our new instructions are on the recommendation of our existing and past Landlords.
Our experienced Valuer will arrange an appointment with you to view your property. A look around internally will allow a clearer idea of the achievable market rental income. Factors that affect the appraisal:
Our Valuer will then explain the market rental appraisal, safety certificate requirements, our property management service and our fees.
At this time we will be happy to discuss any further rental properties with you.
For Landlords who are happy to look after the administration of rent, repairs and maintenance. This service covers:
Marketing your property is key. We make sure your property is accessible to prospective tenants by:

Only once satisfactory references have been received, will the tenancy be allowed to commence.
The tenancy agreements we use are based on the approved Letting Centre agreement, which has been fully legally checked and is proven to be reliable in a court of law. The tenancy is usually for an initial six month period and renewable thereafter to suit the needs of the landlord and tenant.
On the third month of the tenancy you will be contacted regarding the tenancy renewal. At this point you can:
If we do not get a response from the landlord, to ensure continuity we would offer a renewal of tenancy.
Our professional accounts service monitor the rents received by your tenant, make payments directly to your bank account and send you a monthly statement detailing income and expenditure and what has been paid. We also credit control if the need arises due to non-payment.
We would always recommend Landlords take out rent protection insurance. In the case of non-payment the Landlord will receive rent plus payment for Legal Fees and 75% of the rent for two months after vacant possession.
Now that your property is successfully let to the right applicant we will manage your property, the tenancy and deal with any repair issues that may arise. This includes:
